500th post.

This thing looks friggin delish but wouldn't be too good for the ol' ticker.

I doubt I would ever attempt to eat this but my roomate the Doctor would most likely down 2 in a row.

A few of my good buds are on the caveman diet which is pretty sweet. They are really shedding those unwanted pounds just by stickin to a strict diet of nuts, organic fruits, vegetables, meat and fish.
NO dairy or grains and no potato chips..... Seems easy enough right? I tried it for about 2 days and then gave up.
