I have a new favourite steak method. About 20 minutes before you cook it, spice it up with salt and pepper, then cover it in melted butter and slap it on a cast iron frying pan that's been heated in a BBQ to about 500 degrees. Takes 2 minutes to cook, nice and bloody!! Still can't cook a diddler pork chop though, what's your secret?!
